I'm a bilingual lifestyle journalist, content producer and speaker based in Manchester, specialising in lifestyle, food, and well-being.

 

As the founder of CrunchyTales.com, a digital lifestyle magazine celebrating vibrant women over 50, I am passionate about empowering women in midlife. My work highlights the positive aspects of ageing through inspiring content and events in the UK and Italy, championing late bloomers and redefining the narrative around growing older.

With a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Rome, my career spans prestigious roles, including contributions to La Repubblica and my current work with ANSA, Italy’s leading news agency. I also lecture on Food Design at the University of Tor Vergata in Rome.

I’ve been honored with two nominations for the International Journalism Festival Award and have spearheaded various digital editorial projects, including marketing campaigns and hosting 'The Beauty of Ageing', a pioneering pro-age live radio show.

​

As the creator of "Salotto Italiano", a charity event series supporting The Prince’s Trust, and a former Brand Ambassador for Gino D’Acampo Restaurants, I continue to merge creativity and advocacy to celebrate the power of storytelling and community.
